Caribbean Chicken
Boneless chicken thighs 2 pounds- Franks hot sauce ½ cup
- Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp
- Green onion minced 1
- Garlic clove minced 1
- Dried thyme leaves 1 tsp
- Ground allspice 1 tsp
- Ground cinnamon & nutmeg 1 tsp
Preparation:
Put chicken in roasting pan after greasing it lightly. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour it over chicken to coat finely. Cover the pan and keep the chicken in refrigerator for marinate for 45 minutes. Bake chicken uncovered for 45 minutes in pre-heated oven up to 350 degrees.
