Restaurant Style Fried Chicken
Ingredients
Chicken pieces 3 pounds- Egg 1
- Club soda 2 tbsp
- Pancake mix 1 cup
- Italian style dry salad dressing 1
- Flour ½ cup
- Salt to taste
- Poultry seasoning 1 tsp
- Pepper ¼ tsp
- Oil for deep frying
- Paprika 1 tsp
Recipe:
- Wash and dry chicken finely.
- Prepare a mixture of flour, dry salad dressing and salt.
- Dip chicken pieces in this mixture and keep for 2 minutes.
- Beat egg and club soda.
- Blend pancake with poultry seasoning, paprika and pepper.
- Dip chicken pieces in the mixture of egg and club soda then in the mixture of pancake.
- Fry the chicken pieces on medium heat.
- Drain on paper towels and mix hot with chili sauce.
