Ingredients
Minced chicken meat 1 kg
- Bread slices 4
- Soya sauce 4 tbsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Green chilies chopped 4-5
- Corn flour 1 tbsp
- Egg 1
- Ajinomoto ½ tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
Steps:
- First of all combine soya sauce, chicken minced and bread slices and mix well.
- Add all other ingredients and make smooth mixture.
- Make small balls and flat them.
- Dip in egg and deep fry till golden brown.
- Serve hot with chili sauce and tomato ketchup.
