Butter Chicken
Ingredients
Chicken filets 1 kg- Butter ¼ kg
- Milk 1 cup
- Green chilies crushed 1 tbsp
- Yellow food color 1 pinch
- Ginger and garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Fresh cup ½ cup
- Salt to taste
- Flour 1 tbsp
Recipe:
Cut chicken into cubes. Put chicken in a wok and add ginger garlic paste and butter. Cook for 8-10 minutes on medium heat until liquid evaporate. Add chilies and salt and cook for 2 minutes. Then add fresh cream, milk and food color and keep cooking. Add flour to chicken and cook until chicken is ready. Serve hot with nan and salad.
