Fruit Custard Pudding

  • Milk 2 cup
  • Fresh cream j2 cup
  • Small cake 1
  • Cocktail fruits 1 tin
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Custard powder 3 tbsp
  • Apple 1
  • Orange 1
  • Strawberry jellies 1 packet
  • Grapes ½ cup
  • Cherries 4-5

Cooking Recipe:

Cut cake from centre point into two halves. Prepare jelly according to the instructions on the packet. Beat cream to make it thick. Cut all the fruits into small equal pieces. Mix custard powder in little amount of milk. Boil milk and add sugar and mixture of custard powder and milk in it and stir slowly. Boil it until it thick. Remove from heat and cold. Take a stylish bowl and put one piece of cake in it and spread custard, cocktail fruits and fresh fruits over it. Then put jellies and place other piece of cake over it. Garnish with remaining fruits, cherries and custard. Spread cream on the top. Refrigerate it and serve after chilling.
