Ingredients
Milk 1 liter
- Sugar 1 cup
- Water 1 cup
- Cardamom powder 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 3 tbsp
- Plain flour 1 tbsp
- Rose essence ¼ tsp
Steps:
- Boil milk in a pan and add lemon juice in it and keep aside.
- Wash this chenna under the cold water.
- Remove water from it properly.
- Make soft dough of this chenna.
- Prepare small balls of chenna and keep aside.
- Make sugar syrup after boiling the water and sugar combine.
- Add small balls to the syrup and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add rose essence and cardamom powder.
- Rasgulla are ready.
- Garnish with chopped pistachios and serve after chilling.
