Rasgulla Sweet

Ingredients

  • rasgulla2tif1Milk 1 liter
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Water 1 cup
  • Cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 3 tbsp
  • Plain flour 1 tbsp
  • Rose essence ¼ tsp

Steps:

  • Boil milk in a pan and add lemon juice in it and keep aside.
  • Wash this chenna under the cold water.
  • Remove water from it properly.
  • Make soft dough of this chenna.
  • Prepare small balls of chenna and keep aside.
  • Make sugar syrup after boiling the water and sugar combine.
  • Add small balls to the syrup and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Add rose essence and cardamom powder.
  • Rasgulla are ready.
  • Garnish with chopped pistachios and serve after chilling.
