Sheer Khurma
Ingredients
Vermicelli 2 cup- Milk 1 liter
- Sugar 1 cup
- Green cumin seeds
- Almond crushed 3 tbsp
- Coconut crushed 3 tbsp
- Dry dates 4-6
Recipe:
Take a large wok and boil milk. Then add vermicelli and cook on low heat. Keep stirring continuously. When it become thick add sugar, cumin seeds, coconut, almond and cook for 5 minutes. Dish out sheer khurma and garnish with crushed coconut and almond. Delicious sheer khurma is ready.
