Sheer Khurma

Ingredients

  • 4145052356_59fbe20c95Vermicelli 2 cup
  • Milk 1 liter
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Green cumin seeds
  • Almond crushed 3 tbsp
  • Coconut crushed 3 tbsp
  • Dry dates 4-6

Recipe:

Take a large wok and boil milk. Then add vermicelli and cook on low heat. Keep stirring continuously. When it become thick add sugar, cumin seeds, coconut, almond and cook for 5 minutes. Dish out sheer khurma and garnish with crushed coconut and almond. Delicious sheer khurma is ready.
