Spicy Backed Fish

Ingredients

  • piceqvvziWhite fish 1 kg
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Salt 2 tbsp
  • Garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Ginger paste 2 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Green chilies crushed 5-6
  • Ajwain 1 tsp
  • Coriander seeds ground 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • Garm masala 1 tbsp
  • Chat masala 1 tsp

Steps:

  • Wash and cut fish into small pieces and rub lemon juice and salt on them and keep for marination for 1 hour.
  • Make a paste of garlic ginger paste, crushed green chilies, red chili powder, turmeric, ajwain, garm masala and rest of lemon juice.
  • Coat the marinated fish pieces in that paste and keep in refrigerator for further marination for 6 hours.
  • Place fish pieces in baking tray and baked on 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes. 15 minutes before cooking take out the fish from oven and brush oil and cook further till it cook finely.
  • Sprinkle chat masala on the fish pieces and garnish with lemon slices and serve hot.
