Mutton Paey

Ingredients

  • 971583_f520Mutton paya 6 pieces
  • Onion medium 2
  • Garlic ginger paste 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Corn flour 2 tsp
  • Garm masala powder 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Fresh coriander leaves 1 bunch
  • Salt to taste
  • Yoghurt 1 cup
  • Cooking oil 1 cup

Recipe:

  • Wash and dry paya meat well.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry onion, when cooked half add garlic ginger paste, green chilies, yoghurt and all other spices.
  • Fry for some minutes and add paya meat in it.
  • Stir for 10 minutes and add enough water to boil them.
  • Check if meat is tender add corn flour and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Dish out in bowl and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
