Ingredients
Mutton paya 6 pieces
- Onion medium 2
- Garlic ginger paste 2 tbsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 2 tsp
- Corn flour 2 tsp
- Garm masala powder 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Fresh coriander leaves 1 bunch
- Salt to taste
- Yoghurt 1 cup
- Cooking oil 1 cup
Recipe:
- Wash and dry paya meat well.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry onion, when cooked half add garlic ginger paste, green chilies, yoghurt and all other spices.
- Fry for some minutes and add paya meat in it.
- Stir for 10 minutes and add enough water to boil them.
- Check if meat is tender add corn flour and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Dish out in bowl and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
