Dam Ka Keema

Ingredients

  • 10Mutton or beef minced ½ kg
  • Onions 2
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Green chilies 5-6
  • Cooking oil as required
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Garm masala 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Yoghurt 1 cup

Recipe:

  • Wash minced meat finely and keep aside in drain.
  • Heat oil and fry onion till light brown.
  • Add ginger garlic paste, tomatoes and green chilies and stir finely.
  • Add garm masala, yoghurt, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder and cook for 5 minutes.
  • When gravy is prepared add minced meat and fry for 10 minutes.
  • Add required water to tenderize the minced meat.
  • Check when minced meat is cooked and water is evaporated.
  • Keep piece of bread on minced meat and put burned coal on it.
  • Put oil drop and cover with lid.
  • Open after 5 minutes.
  • Serve with green coriander leaves and onion rings.
  • Serve with chapatti.
