Dam Ka Keema
Ingredients
Mutton or beef minced ½ kg- Onions 2
- Tomatoes 2
- Green chilies 5-6
- Cooking oil as required
- Salt to taste
- Red chili powder 2 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Garm masala 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Yoghurt 1 cup
Recipe:
- Wash minced meat finely and keep aside in drain.
- Heat oil and fry onion till light brown.
- Add ginger garlic paste, tomatoes and green chilies and stir finely.
- Add garm masala, yoghurt, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder and cook for 5 minutes.
- When gravy is prepared add minced meat and fry for 10 minutes.
- Add required water to tenderize the minced meat.
- Check when minced meat is cooked and water is evaporated.
- Keep piece of bread on minced meat and put burned coal on it.
- Put oil drop and cover with lid.
- Open after 5 minutes.
- Serve with green coriander leaves and onion rings.
- Serve with chapatti.
