Mutton Stew
Ingredients:
- Mutton ½ kg
- Garlic 8-10 cloves crushed
- Ginger 2 inch pieced sliced
- Onions ½ cup roughly chopped
- Green chilies 1 tsp chopped
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Dry coriander 1 tsp
- White cumin 1 tbsp
- Red chili whole 6-8
- Bay leaves 1-2
- Cinnamon 1-2 pieces
- Black pepper whole 6-8
- Big cardamom 2-3
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Oil as required
- Salt to taste
Method:
Add all the ingredients and 4 tbsp cooking oil in meat and keep it for cooking till it tenderizes finely. Then add remaining oil and cook for 5 minutes more on low heat. Then cover the wok and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes. Garnish with green coriander leaves and lemon. Serve hot with steamed rice or chapatti.
