Ingredients
Chicken , mutton or beef meat cubes 2 cups
- Onion chopped ¼ cup
- Celery minced 3 tbsp
- Capsicum 3 tbsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Parsley 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Paprika 1 tbsp
- Black pepper powder 1 tbsp
- Bread crumbs 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Oil for frying
- Eggs 2
Steps:
- First of all sauté chopped onion in oil till light golden.
- Cook meat cubes finely.
- Mix all the ingredients well except bread crumbs and eggs.
- Chill the mixture in fridge.
- Give the mixture shape of small croquettes.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Dip croquettes in eggs and then roll in bread crumbs.
- Deep fry in oil on medium flame.
- Crispy meat croquettes are ready to serve hot.
