Ingredients
Egg yolks 3
- Corn oil ½ cup
- Steamed rice 2 cup
- Asparagus as required
- Salt to taste
- White pepper powder 2 tsp
- Coriander leaves chopped for garnish
- Light soy sauce 3 tbsp
- Carrot scallops ½ cup
- Shrimps ½ cup
- Squid ½ cup
Steps:
- Blanch all vegetables and seafood and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and add yolk, keep stirring slowly.
- Add vegetables and seafood and cook for 5 minutes.
- Cook till seafood cook finely.
- Add steamed rice.
- Season with salt and white pepper powder.
- Toss well, garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
